Snakes are some of the most misunderstood creatures on Earth. In this blog, we'll be exploring all the things that make snakes so fascinating and why you should never, ever try to pick them up. Snakes are found everywhere from deserts to forests to jungle swamps and even your grandmother's backyard. They're incredibly diverse in their habits and habitats, but they all have one thing in common: they eat other animals! That might not seem like a big deal, but it's actually pretty amazing when you think about it. Snakes are carnivores, which means they rely on other creatures for their food. And you know what? It's kind of adorable when you realize how hard they work for their meals... most snakes need to eat every single day or two! Some snakes use poison or venom to kill their prey; others use constriction (squeezing) or suffocation (biting). But no matter how they get it done, we think everyone can agree that snakes deserve some respect for the unique way they hunt and survive in our world.

Our pet blog is full of amazing tips and stories that will make you fall in love with your pets all over again.
